Terms of Service for 回本易
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 回本易 mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Edchoapps ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
You may register via Google or Apple login. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
3. Use of the App
Permitted Use
Use the App for personal tracking of purchased items, setting usage goals (用到抵 or 用到盡), logging usage, calculating cost-per-use (CPU), estimating space rental cost, and viewing insights and monthly 成績單.
Prohibitions
Do not misuse the App (e.g., upload illegal content, spam, reverse-engineer, or use for commercial purposes). You own your data but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it solely to provide and improve the App.
Premium Features
Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. They auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your App Store / Google Play account. No refunds except as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
We own the App, including code, design, logos, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Your content (e.g., item details, usage logs) remains yours.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any financial decisions, buyer's remorse, or losses based on CPU, space-cost estimates, or reports.
- Data loss, inaccuracies in your inputs, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months (or US$100 if you are a free user).
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access for violations. Upon termination, we may delete your data after 30 days, except where required to retain it for legal reasons.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted in the App with the new effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
